On Nightmare, Sacred and Unique items drop, Nightmare Sigils drop that unseal Nightmare Dungeons, Helltides appear across Sanctuary, and Champion monsters with damage resistance auras appear. The Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon unlocks Nightmare Difficulty or World Tier 3, which is how you’re able to progress to the Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon afterward. And as for the third Dungeon, this one will unlock in the same way (by completing the second Dungeon) but has a level cap of 100, so be ready for quite a bit of leveling up between Dungeons!

This Dungeon has a level cap of 70 as well. It's noticeable from a symbol that looks like a golden gate. This is when the second Capstone Dungeon, called Fallen Temple and located in the northeastern part of the Dry Steppes, will appear on your map. The enemies throughout this dungeon are very tough, so the higher the level the better. The Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon has a recommended level of 50+, and it’s worth being as close as possible to that level when heading in. However, it’s worth noting that you can only access this Dungeon on World Tier 2. The first of which can be found at the Cathedral of Light in Kyovashad.
